How It Works
In many ways, PRESENCE works like any other online clothing store.
Browse through the left navigation, explore category and product pages, add to cart and check out as usual.
Where we differ
We make clothes to your actual height, size and shape — and you can also change the neckline, sleeve and length.
That means we need a little more information from you for your first order. Please follow the clearly laid-out steps for measurements and body shape.
Delivery takes 2–4 weeks, because your dress is made for you rather than taken from stock.
After your first order, shopping is much like any other online store. Your measurements and shape information are already with us. But you can continue to enjoy something you don’t see elsewhere — the freedom to change the style shown on screen.
Questions may still come up about the product, price, website, delivery, returns or anything else. We welcome them — and your suggestions too.
