Returns and Alterations

Our policy is to ensure that your garments fit you well. If the fit is not satisfactory, we will take the following steps:

Return the garment to our Returns Center in Florida. Our team will assess whether the fit can be corrected through alterations.

If it can be corrected, we will alter the garment free of charge and ship it back within 10 days of receiving your return. Delivery from the Returns Center to your home typically takes fewer than five additional days.

If it cannot be corrected through alterations, we will remake the garment free of charge and ship it from India within 15 days of your return reaching our Florida Returns Center. Delivery from India to your home takes approximately 10 additional days.

If the fit is still not satisfactory after the remake, return the garment to our Florida Returns Center. We will refund the amount you paid at the time of order net of any coupons you may have used.
